Service Description

Shiatsu is a form of traditional Japanese bodywork that releases muscular, mental and emotional tension and stimulates the vital energy stores within ones own body. Based on the same principles as acupuncture, the practitioner applies comfortable vertical pressure to acupoints with fingers, elbows, feet or by using the warming technique of Moxibustion. Relief without a needle in sight!
