Overcoming my own debilitating autoimmune condition (much to the surprise of my doctors and specialists), using a holistic approach inspired me to change my life direction.  So I left my Product Manager position in the orthopaedic arm of Johnson & Johnson and begin studying natural therapies and traditional oriental medical models such as Shiatsu.  You could say it was my light bulb moment.  After 6 years of constant steroid medication and its side effects I had found an alternative.  I became well, pain free and happier.

Experiencing the long term benefits of incorporating natural therapies into my health care inspired me to help and empower others to take back control of their health and wellbeing.

I delved deeper into understanding how meditation and energy medicine work from a theoretical aspect.  Having experienced for myself its effectiveness in managing severe pain, keeping me out of hospital and no longer reliant on medication, I wanted to show others how to do the same.

And so began over a decade of study into the physics of Energy Medicine to become a Energetic Therapist and Shiatsu Practitioner.
